Have you never realized how little self control you have until chips and dip are placed in front of you? I seriously cannot control myself when chips and dip are around. Once I pop them in my mouth I cannot stop eating them! There is no turning back.
Do you have a favorite dip? I do and my favorite go-to dip is simple as pie. It is my EAZY 7 Layer Bean Dip. It includes 8 simple ingredients and takes about 10 minutes to prepare with 8 simple steps. Maybe a little more time if you decide to make a homemade guacamole or my homemade guacamole, but really this dip is quick and simple. It is another prefect last minute dish to bring to your next gathering.
8 Simple Ingredients, 8 Simple Steps
First, start by using a 9 x 13 glass pan and spread the refried beans in an even layer.
Then, spread the fresh guacamole evenly on top of the refried beans.
Next, mix together the sour cream and taco seasoning mix in a mixing bowl. Spread evenly over the guacamole.
Pour the salsa over the sour cream.
DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP! Sprinkle a LOT of cheese over the salsa! This is my favorite step because I am a cheese lover!
Finally, garnish with sliced black olives and chopped green onions over the top of cheese. You can even add some diced tomatoes.
Cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with you favorite tortilla chips! Mine are Siete Sea Salt Grain Free Tortilla Chips or Tostitos Scoops Tortilla Chips.
