How To Store:
Baked Cookies: Store cookies at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. To thaw, leave on the counter, still covered, or overnight in the fridge.
Cookie Dough: Store cookie dough in airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. When you’re ready to bake, if the dough is frozen, let it thaw in the refrigerator overnight or at room temperature for about 30 minutes before baking.
Dessert Bars & Brownies: Dessert bars & brownies can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
Cinnamon Rolls: Store them in an airtight container. They will stay good at room-temperature for up to 2 days, in the fridge for up to a week, and in the freezer for up to 2 months if stored properly. Reheat: I always love heating up my cinnamon rolls in the microwave before devouring them! You can heat 1 roll in the microwave for 15-20 seconds.
Jumbo Muffins: Store in air tight container at room temperture for 5 days, in the refigertor for 1 week, or freeze up to 3 months. To thaw, leave on the counter, still covered, or overnight in the fridge.
Olive Oil Cake: If you plan to consume the cake within 2-3 days, storing it at room temperature is ideal. Wrap the cake tightly in plastic wrap or place it in an airtight container to keep it fresh. For longer storage, up to a week, the cake can be refrigerated. Again, wrap it well in plastic wrap or use an airtight container. Before serving, you might want to bring it to room temperature for the best flavor and texture. To store the cake for an extended period (up to three months), freeze it. Wrap it first in plastic wrap and then in aluminum foil or place it in a heavy-duty freezer bag. When you’re ready to enjoy the cake, thaw it overnight in the refrigerator and bring it to room temperature before serving.
