Traditional cookie dough is unsafe to consume before it’s baked because of the presence of raw eggs and flour that comes with a risk of exposure to salmonella and other bacteria. Edible cookie dough is made without eggs (milk is used instead) and the flour is baked to kill any bacteria. Eggless cookie dough with heat-treated flour makes it safe to consume!

- HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

- WHAT IS YOUR LEAD TIME?
- Currently pickup days are Wednesday’s, Thursday’s and Friday’s only. As a small home cottage bakery I limit the amount of orders per day that I take. Availability on certain desserts may vary. I only book out 3 months ahead of time and when I open my books they get filled up fast. The earlier you book the better!
- DO YOU DELIVER OR SHIP?
- No delivery or shipping, local pickups only (Livermore, Ca).
- HOW DO I PAY?
- I require a 50% non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking. This can be done via Venmo or credit/debit card. If you fail to submit a deposit within 48 hours you will lose your slot. Your payment is due in full one week prior to your pickup date. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. If you are not satisfied, please contact me as soon as possible so we can work on a mutually agreeable solution.
- DO YOU MAKE GLUTEN FREE DESSERTS?
- No, unfortunately. I do not specialize in making desserts without gluten, wheat, dairy, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, and soy protein.
- HOW TO STORE EDIBLE COOKIE DOUGH?
- Store edible cookie dough in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week or in the freezer for up to one month.
