Tips & Tricks
- A quick tip is to use a good quality chocolate. Trust me, it will make your cookie taste that much better. My favorite go-to chocolate chips are Ghirardelli Chocolate Chips. They are seriously the best chocolate chips.
- I love using the Wilton Ultra Bake Professional 9 inch round pan. I feel like Wilton makes great pans that do not rust.
- The Ghirardelli Triple Chocolate Premium Brownie Mix is the best brownie mix on this planet!!! I try and try to make brownies from scratch but nothing can compare to the Ghirardelli Triple Chocolate Premium Brownie Mix. Seriously nothing! I get a huge box from Costco.
- I used a cooling rack to place my brownie cake on. I also placed parchment paper underneath for an easy clean up after I poured the chocolate ganache all over my brownie cake.
- Since I bake quite often I like to buy stuff in bulk. I love buying my flour, sugars, pure vanilla extract, butter, oil, eggs, and spices at Costco.
- Costco, Target, & Amazon are my favorite stores to shop at!
